Codex Committee on Fats and Oils (CCFO)

The Codex Committee on Fats and Oils, a subsidiary body under the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), elaborates worldwide standards for fats and oils of animal, vegetable and marine origin including margarine and olive oil.


Working documents will not be printed and delegates are kindly requested to bring to the meeting all documents which have been distributed through the Codex website.
